About Us

Thanks for visiting!

We are really excited to be the first national exchange for transferable development rights!  We believe that providing an online marketplace will help increase the use of these valuable tools, and Aedalin provides an easy-to-use place for buyers and sellers to meet.

We at Aedalin are passionate about transferable development rights in what they can do to preserve our ecologically sensitive areas, view corridors, agricultural land – and more – while fairly compensating landowners.

At Aedalin there is a talented team of designers, developers, and Regional Directors whose goal is to make your experience in buying or selling a TDR a smooth and pleasurable one.

Please take the time to watch the short video below that explains more about Aedalin – and if you have any questions at all please do get in touch with us.  We are here for you, so let us know how we can help. After you watch the short video, go ahead and register – it’s free! Then, list your TDR or view other TDRs.

We look forward to working with you!

About Our Name

The name “Aedalin” (pronounced: ad a lin) is a neologism from
the Latin words for “build something new” or “aedificare aliquid novi”.
We have taken letters from each of those three words (AEDificare ALIquid Novi) to form our name. Because we are the first national TDR exchange, we truly are building something new!
