We are really excited to be the first national exchange for transferable development rights!  We believe that providing an online marketplace will help increase the use of these valuable tools, and Aedalin provides an easy-to-use place for buyers and sellers to meet.

We at Aedalin are passionate about transferable development rights in what they can do to preserve our ecologically sensitive areas, view corridors, agricultural land – and more – while fairly compensating landowners.

At Aedalin there is a talented team of designers, developers, and Regional Directors whose goal is to make your experience in buying or selling a TDR a smooth and pleasurable one.
