SELLERS
SELLERS gain far greater exposure by listing their properties with Aedalin. Aedalin is seeking to partner with all of the TDR programs around the country and encouraging existing TDR holders to list with Aedalin, thus creating a more fluid and equitable marketplace.
There is NO CHARGE to register on Aedalin (for buyers or sellers)!

WHY AEDALIN?
After registering, BUYERS can search our exchange for available TDRs. When they see a listing they are interested in, they can upgrade their registration with Aedalin and then communicate directly with that particular seller—and also with any other sellers that are listed on Aedalin in that particular market. After registering, SELLERS simply wait to be informed that a potential buyer is interested in their listing. SELLERS register for free and only need to upgrade their Aedalin registration after an active buyer wants to communicate with them. For full details and pricing, click here.
TDR PROGRAM MANAGERS can increase TDR participation by encouraging area landowners to list their potential TDR with Aedalin at no cost, giving them greater exposure and therefore an increased chance of selling their TDR. For more details for TDR Managers,

Aedalin does not hold any interest financially or contractually with the TDRs, the buyers, or the sellers. We simply provide a marketplace
for buyers and sellers to meet each other.
